The School of Business Administration at Portland State is the largest and most diverse business school in Oregon and also in Northwest, with nearly 3000 undergraduates and 475 graduates studying business. It was ranked 22nd in the world and 15th in the US by Beyond Grey Pinstripes for its emphasis on social and environmental stewardship within the MBA curriculum. The location of the school puts Portland's business community in its backyard, resulting in better career networking, more internships and richer real world classroom experiences.

Academic Programs

Undergraduate Program

  • BS in Supply Chain Management: The Supply and Logistics Management option is designed to provide the student with an interdisciplinary foundation in supply and logistics management in preparation for careers in purchasing, industrial distribution, logistics, transportation, and operations management.

Graduate Program

  • MBA Marketing & Logistics (Full Time, Part-Time & Online): : This degree provides a wealth of advantages, from the flexibility to tailor a specialized degree to the school's outstanding connections with the area business community. Above all else, this program seeks to produce future business leaders with innovative spirit and a commitment to social, economic, and environmental stewardship. You can specialize by selecting all of your electives from a specific MBA concentration or choose courses from several disciplines. Students opting to specialize in Marketing & Logistics will receive an MBA- Marketing & Logistics designation on the IR diploma by following the requirements.

The Princeton Review’s "The Best 376 Colleges: 2012 Edition" named Portland State University as one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education. The Princeton Review selects approximately 15% of the universities in the nation to highly recommend to college applicants and their parents. In their opinion, “these are the crème of the crop institutions for undergraduates in America.” Also Portland State University was ranked 26th out of 167 universities in the fourth survey of Coolest Schools by Sierra, the award-winning magazine of the Sierra Club.
